During training today, the trainer gave us and example of a previous trainee. The following is what he said (in short hand though):

"I had this tall, muscular black guy I was training. He had problems understanding the emotions of clients. One day, a young white woman called. The girl was sobbing about a break-up. My trainee proceeded to get "Mac-Daddy" on the caller and try to soothe her problems. We had to let him go."

I wanted to raise my hand and ask if his name was Tyrone.
