Electronic, Paper books take up too much space
Group interviews are terrible in general but in customer service jobs, theyre really trying to gauge how you speak. Grammar, voice inflections, if you stutter etc. I had to do the same thing when I worked in customer service. Come off as nice as possible and you'll be fine
