first off, it took him more than a week to ship out the shoes, as he was "busy", then it took him a few days to provide me with the form to prove he shipped them out..
IT could just be stolen or misplaced.. but i can't check because there's no tracking number. it had to happen to a chill guy like me too, knowing that I'll just take the L and move on

Like I said, i did not know the ins and outs of sending payment via "gift"..I don't know for sure if he scammed me, he provided me with the form, so maybe USPS just lost/misplaced it, but there is no way of checking as ther's no tracking number..

I sold a pair of 3s a few weeks back and dude did the same thing, sent as a gift. I told him never to do that and that he was lucky I'm not about that scam life.

My friend sold a pair of shoes and everything went smoothly. Dude said "the insoles weren't in the shoes" which they obv were and won an item not described case and was to be refunded and send the shoes back to my homie.
Well today his package arrives at the post office and he has to pick it up since signature was required yesterday and he wasn't home. He gets there and it's an envelope with all of this in it
Now ebay is saying he has to file a police report and all this BS

hes smart, but dude needs to learn to use his powers for good in stead of evil.
when your questioning another mans car purchase, and say hes wrong, when you ride on the back of BMX's and think sneakers are valuable assets, somethings wrong.
