My new chef, he's been here for a good month now, just been firing ALL my reliable help, left and right like it aint **** and doesnt matter. Theres nomore cooks under me (im Lead), so that means no relief for when i need a day off. All i got is his ***, and I convinced the GM to fire him. I dont know what im going to do. How you going to have ONE chef, ONE dishwasher, ONE breakfast cook, in a hotel thats at compacity every damn day? I want to quit just to see what happens to them ********. I cant work like this.

they definitely are- by her telling you that, you should've said "well that's a stupid way to look at things, she needs to get over herself" and then drop it. Don't ask about her, or instigate any more talk about her while you're around her friend

Ya her friends just told me cause they liked me and said she messed up but I shouldn't feel bad, I def won't be bringing her up its summer there's a lot of women out here in Cali
