I'm sitting here watching Top Gear, it's the episodes with the track cars(Cateham, 3 wheel Morgan, ect) and James May keeps talking about power to weight ratio, but the they're so small wouldn't the weight of the person throw all that off?

Xbox. I havent even seen what modded fallout looks like, theres probably a ton of useful ones out there.
I want to get into PC gaming at some point, some games are just meant to be played on it, fallout being one of them
