@beh235 it's so annoying because people freak the hell out. There's no reason for everyone to go to the grocery store and buy ALL the gallons of water in prep

I know. Even here people overreact. I do my normal shopping for stuff during that time. It's amazing what you can get people to do when you cause them to panic. Local news screams snowstorm = stores flooded with people overspending on grocery like they're going to be trapped for 6 months. Then it doesn't do what the news says and people wasted their money

Like different cities don't have different weather conditions that they're accustomed to and better prepared for Like NYC and Jersey shut down for a cat. 1 hurricane while I've still had school in cat. 1s and 2s. The situation in Georgia is real and affecting a lot of people.

We don't get snow all the time. We just live in an area that is more likely to get snow than other locations, thus resources are properly allocated for that during said season. It's affecting Georgia because they don't have the resources to deal with snow. That's a more accurate description. It's still ridiculous nonetheless.
