Its more the actual tattoo design than the placement that determines its ratchetness.
Very nice traditional style chestpiece vs a "Loyalty" in script or "Laquanda" with some lips or cheetah print chest thang. You go figure.

Na, I'd wife a chick with tats. Honestly, I'd prefer it. To me it's all about being comfortable in your own skin. Now don't go thinking I'm jumping on anything with tats, but I'm tatted, so it wouldn't be that big a deal. I really don't read to much into the stigma that comes with tattoo; not saying you do either. I just find the creativity n self-expression behind them to be an attractive trait. Of course there will be those I stay away from kuz ignorance is the least attractive trait to me, but to just pass on someone kuz of some tats is wack. Also, I feel a person's tats allows you to get a deeper understanding on who that person is.
