Fights, shoves, aimless fists, etc are pretty common in the game, even at the top most levels. But afterward? Everyone, and I mean everyone that doesn't have any other engagements, is drinking and partying together. More often than not, the guy you were fighting with just 30 minutes beforehand turns out to be one of the coolest guys on the opposing team

The post-game socials vary from team to team. Sometimes its drinks at a sponsor bar, other times its just a booze fest on the field after.
Not all of them involve alcohol/drugs though. Sometimes people just cook food and chill.
