Boss forwarded me an email that i already got about "Respectful Confrontation Training" the email says "This class might be interesting...if you're interested"

Just the training with that sentence had me 

 

I want to respond "strong title to your sentence ratio"

The business world is so strange.  You show up...you do your job...you get 0 complaints about the actual work you do...but yet...you need to talk more...you should "come out of your shell".  Normally those things do not go hand in hand if im talking in the hallway and trying to be friendly to everyone my work will suffer.  So pick one

For real. I sit here at my desk and I dont usually speak unless I'm spoken to. I dont really have much to say, everyone here is much older than I am and as such their lives are much different. They have different interests and all that.

I only talk to certain co workers. Where I am now it's different, people like to talk and I don't like talking too much because people like to get in your business. I keep office chatter work related usually, unless I'm really cool with a co worker and even then personal stuff is limited. People at work don't need to know my personal life. Mind ya business b.

I swear this is my life

I am one of the youngest people here.  We have a bunch of summer interns and i talk to them more then my actual co-workers.  Even the "younger" crowd isn't in my life style.  I am a 26 year old single male.  The other sub 40 year olds here are all married with kids.

I had one co worker I was cool with, she was close to my age. She's 26 and good eye candy. I loved training her before I left my last position because we were out a lot. It sucks now because I don't have eye candy
