NYPD: Female Suspect Wanted For Sexually Abusing Elderly Woman
The police are hoping the public can help them identify the suspect in a sexual abuse incident in the Bronx.
According to the NYPD, on December 26th, at 10:45 p.m., a woman knocked on the door of an 81-year-old's home and said she was from the hospital: "The victim let the suspect into the home believing she was there to care for her husband. The suspect then touched the victim's groin and breast area, and left the location."
The police say the incident occurred in the 48th Precinct and describe the suspect as in her 30s, 5'6" and 135 pounds. A photograph of the suspect was also released.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto Crime Stoppers' website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577.
