So I had my lungtest and ct-scan of my lungs today at the hospital. Got trolled by life once again. I've lost count of how much bad news keeps piling up.
Since a few months ago I started getting breathing problems and I can't even talk properly anymore. I constantly have to catch my breath in the middle of sentences, especially if I'm doing something like walking at the same time. My voice also noticeably changes tone.
Turns out my lungs are in superb condition and I have actually regenerated a large part of the lobe that was removed in surgery a few years ago.
My breathing capacity is normal and my oxygen intake is superb. That itself is good news but unfortunately it's also very bad news.
The doctor doing the test clearly noticed my shortness of breath and change in voice tone during conversations.
He said that since my lungs are in such good condition, the only thing that would cause these symptoms is if my heart has been damaged in some way by whatever disease I have.
I'll be calling my specialist tomorrow to set up an appointment with a cardiologist.
Honestly not even surprised by this anymore. I've come to expect the worst
On top of that during my CT scan with contrast fluid some of it leaked outside of my bloodvessels and I have a huge hard lump in my arm now. It should go away within a few days, just need to keep ice on it and move my arm a lot to make it go away faster. If the skin around the bump turns red or I start getting a fever I need to go to the ER. Wouldn't even surprise me if that ends up happening too
