Yeah, legal representation was acquired a few days after the incident since I was worried this exact situation would happen. I'm not a litigious sort, but this has straight-up sucked, and now I might need a whole new tooth. And three-month-long toothaches & headaches aren't particularly fun.
Insult to injury (literally) is I never even got as much as a phonecall of an apology from the restaurant manager, GM, franchisor or corporate office. Seriously though, how the hell does a rock get past the QC of vendors and servers and find its way into the customer's mouth??? That's what I wanna know.

I don't wanna say til things are all settled. Lawyer's gonna send the 'demand letter' after all the dental procedures are done. I'm probably looking at over a year til I see anything from them. In the meantime I need to pony up for all of the co-pays. $400+ by the end of the root canal, with god knows how much out-of-pocket if I need an implant.

Edit: Top pic is taken at the restaurant immediately after I bit it, while the kid at the counter was trying to find the manager's ph#. Bottom pic was taken about an hour later when I got back to my office. About an hour later the 'WTF adrenaline' wore off and I started feeling pain and I called my dentist to go get my mouth x-rayed. Unfortunately, x-rays don't show cracks, thus the need for the root canal I'm currently dealing with....

Nah I can't even do that. I holla' day my dad about it and he said to not fight him but do everything in my power to be better than him in life so Ima go that route. I won't speak to him ,he should want nothing from me. I just took all my **** outta my room and hid it so I should be straight from there. Just gotta keep a cool head stay positive and I'll be straight. Need to be focusing on other stuff anyway.
