That went well. She came to see my mom and we talked for a bit. She's doing good and looking good. I'm happy for her. Haven't seen her in like 1-2 years.

Wait until later next week before you go out and get a PS4. Sony is holding a press conference next Wednesday to formally announce the PS4 slim and the upcoming, more powerful, PS4 Neo (the current development name for the console).

The slim and current PS4 models will most likely get a price cut. The Neo will probably be priced at $399, just like when the PS4 was released back in 2013. The Neo will most likely be released later this year or early next year. The slim will most likely be, officially, on sale the day off or shortly after the press conference.

The PS4 slim is smaller and, reportedly, runs quieter than the current PS4 model. The PS4 Neo will have better hardware for 4K and UHD and make games run at better framerates and resolution. The PS4 slim will not have a optical out port, which a lot of sound systems and headsets use to output audio. But it does have the ability to connect to 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz wifi connections.

My advice to you is that if you can wait it out between now and 7 months, save up your chips and get the PS4 Neo so that you can have all the best tech that Sony will put into the machine. If you want one ASAP , wait until the PS4 slim is announced and released next week.
