I don't sleep under the top bed sheet, I just use comforter/blanket.

I always slept under the top sheet and then the comforter.
But for some reason, my wife never used the top sheet and slept under the comforter.

I've always just used comforter/blanket even as a kid. Always thought it was weird to use sheet, but I'm probably the weird one.
