Mta needs money to operate, maintain da system, etc. Da problem is that they love to waste money on **** and have a nasty habit of making money "disappear', then they'll cry about being over budget and underfunded and use that as an excuse to raise da fares. Rinse and repeat.
Don't even want to know how much money they've wasted on this second avenue line and they can't even get da first ******* phase of da damn line done on time, after pushing it back who knows how many times at this point
