This type of arrogance is annoying too.

But at the same time, Filipino culture is annoying too.

I think filipino's, and I grew up with a lot, are either the Americanized ones who just try try too hard, or the FOB ones that are just overly silly people who giggle/laugh at everything. Or am I wrong?

I'm filipino myself and I only have one other filipino friend, not counting any fam.
