Just got a call from the hormone specialist working on my case at the hospital. The hormone treatment has had a noticeable increase in my testosterone but it's still far too low for a man of my age. I remember my initial test values ranging from barely over 200 to a low of ~120 whereas a good range for a man of my age would be 600-800+.
Instead of my regular 2 injections per week of Pregnyl 1500 I need to increase one of my weekly injections from a dosage of 1500 to 5000, a little over triple my former dosage. Didn't ask the exact testosterone ranges measured on this most recent test result but obviously it didn't increase much if my dosage needs to be increased by that much.
Overall I've noticed some minor improvement from the hormone treatment so hopefully the significantly increased dosage continues that trajectory. Haven't had any side effects from my current dosages so hopefully that stays that way too.
