I got roasted big time for my weight last weekend when I saw my cousins.
My aunt and uncle is ruthless. Since then it's been pretty easy to avoid sweets and alcohol for the most part. I did drink last night, but it was only 1 beer instead of 2. And the night before it was only wine and hard liquor but no beer [emoji]128514[/emoji]
And so far this week, have only had like half a kit Kat. By my standards that's really amazing lmao
As far as food, just been making smaller changes... Like only the burger instead of burger and fries. Only one serving of rice instead of two. And no dessert at all. Stuff like that.
