the thread about nothing...

When I went to London they called it a water closet. If you see a sign that says dub c (WC), should be the bathrooms.

I also got looked at crazy as hell when I asked for a to-go box at a "fish and chips" spot. I was told by someone who lived overseas they don't usually do to-go boxes. It's a American thing. It was my first day there and I ordered hella ish
A water closet?

I've been to London but I don't recall hearing that one.

Over here we just use the word "toilet" in most cases. It's the same word as in English, just pronounced differently. So asking where the toilet is shouldn't raise any eyebrows here. We also call it the WC but tbh I'm not sure what that abbreviation even stands for. But all I've ever called it or heard it referred to as is toilet or WC.

If you asked for the bathroom here you'd probably get a strange look from folks whose English isn't all that, since we only use the term bathroom for a literal bathroom with a shower/bath, ...

Simply asking for the toilet or the restroom should do the job in most cases.

Milk and cheese is nasty! Read "The China Study", a lot of information in that book that deals with nutrition and how the meat and sugar industry are paying off the government to let people keep on thinking that diet doesn't equate to disease and cancer. Oh, and to not forget how to government doesn't want the best for your health.

And plus, cheese is pus from a cow and you don't even want to know about hot dogs .
i read all your posts pertaining to this issue, and im right there with you on watching what you eat bigtime. Alot of cats dont know that RED 40 food coloring is from a thorax of a bug... And they harvest them in Cali 8o . And meat being a big cause of cancer with other diseases all facts.. But with all this being said resorting to an all vegatable/fruit diet isnt going to stick when they GMOing/Pesticiding those too. Its best to just stay away from *******t that you know isnt good for you. Me: McDonalds burgers, KFC chicken, cheez its (TBHQ look that up) and GMO'd salmon (yes they started doing fish too). And balance out meat and greens/fruits in moderation.

Anyone else feel that with every TV show, the earlier seasons are better than the later seasons?

GoT and Mr.Robot are my two faves that broke this mold.

I need to train myself to sleep on my back.

I sleep with a pillow over my head. Idk why. I'm sure my lady will try and smother me one day and say I did it to myself[emoji]128579[/emoji].

Can anyone here help a dude out? I want to travel to tokyo from chicago at the end of February next year, flights right now seem pretty expensive, $2k for direct flights is the cheapest I have found. Connecting flights that would be 30 hours of traveling are half, but there is NO way I am doing 10 hours in a plane, waiting 10 hours, and doing another 10 :x

Would you guys have any tips? Should I just wait it out and check weekly for deals for the next couple of months? Thanks
