Internship for the semester seems really cool. The people are chill and the workplace environment is encouraging. However, the lunch was one of the most bizarre and awkward things I've ever been a part of.
Me and 2 other people who are starting their internships in completely different departments were put in a group. We're put in this conference room with a big TV that's basically a giant webcam so we can see ourselves eating lunch, feeling like we're being watched. For the next hour was really awkward small talk. The 2 other people were just so monotone and uninterested. They'd be like "This is a really exciting opportunity." while being completely emotionless. The whole thing felt fake. I felt like I was the only one trying to show some enthusiasm. Why not make us interact with people in the same department?
Then another intern appears on the webcam via skype or something and we're basically interviewing her and doing more small talk. She was cool though.
It was just a really weird way the company set the whole thing up. One of the girls I'm working under is pretty cute so there's that lol

-I bought a nice frame and bed for $1500 and I think I broke it when I was beating cheeks
- Alp confirmed that it was him next to the hot dog stand. The things he posted really made me remember that there are wierdos on the internet too lol
-Tip the cable man, Tip your barber, Tip everyone lol everyone's underpaid at the end of the day
-Want to try Balut but I'm scared.
I would eat it like a Mexican with lemon and chili. Who can tell me what it taste like exactly lol is it crunchy?
