What's a good marinade for steak

per ~6oz-8 oz steak:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tsp sugar
black pepper
minced garlic
mix above ingredients together, then rub all over steak. marinate overnight and grill
