The supervisor exam is coming up in a few months.

I have no interest in becoming a boss but I just heard that they'll give you a day off from work to take the test

So I'm applying.

If I end up passing this **** without studying... :rollin

I skimmed the list of all Michelin starred restaurants in ny

There's 74 of them.

I've only been to 2 of them, and they happen to be the only steakhouses on the list.

There is an awful awful lot of Japanese restaurants on the list. Lots of French restaurants are on top the list.

Just skimming the list, it seems that there is only Mexican restaurant.

There's only one Spanish restaurant.

A handful of Korean restaurants.

There's at least five restaurants that specialize in cuisine I've never eaten (ie. Scandinavian cuisine)

Those three starred restaurants are incredibly expensive. Sheesh.

One day I shall go to 11 Madison Park. I keep hearing about it. It's number 2 on the list. But I don't think this is the yr I'll be able to go

I want to try the lone Mexican restaurant. Maybe I'll go there for my birthday.

I heard about that joint actually. Man I'd go if it was near. A food stall that got a Michelin star...that's so crazy

First time I'm seeing his food too. I'm not sure if I'll ever end up in Singapore. That chicken looks real good.

2 dollar chicken x 200 chickens a day x 365 days in a yr=146,000

16-17 hour workdays, minus renting the stall, minus expenses for running the joint, like paying for the food..minus if he's paying other ppl to help out....

Doesn't seem like a lot of money. He should be charging more than 2 dollars a chicken lmao
