Since we're sharing skrip club stories, I'm kinda addicted to there.

Speaking of gym etiquette.

So I'm training a client. This was about 2-3 months ago maybe more. Anyway, were starting the workout and were about to do some squats. There's this guy over in the squat rack with a foam mat doing some stupid ****. I don't remember what it was, it was maybe like some kind of push up + cardio jawn. Easily could have been done anywhere else and mind you this is the only squat rack. He isn't using any part of the rack for anything - not even to hold a barbell he was using or nothing.

I go over and ask how many sets he has left. He had the nerve to tell me "a few" and that he wasn't moving because he already had to move twice already today and he's. It moving again. I laughed and said okay and let dude finish while we did something else.

Guy comes out later and apologizes for being a ****. Of course I'm an employee so I'm not gonna start anything + im not that type of dude to start over pettyness. But it really just goes to show how ignorant people will be to other people who had nothing to do with you.

I can't treat strangers like **** unless they treated me like **** first. Nobody deserves that and you don't need to be a **** because your day sucks. Be a grown up.
