99.9 percent of the time it's not the work that bothers me, but the coworkers
This is how I feel to. The work is bearable. But it's the co-workers and employees that make work frustrating at time.

Three weeks into my new job, people have been nice and easy to work with. But I'm waiting to see how they really are after a month passes by.

I've been staying in my office when I'm not walking the floor learning processes.

There have been 1-2 folks that have already tried to brown nose me, every time the walk by.

Nah man.

It did man, I’m always like “we’re just here to work, don’t take this stuff personal” but a lot of dumb **** has been happening lately I had to ask them “wtf are we doing?”...one manager was like “if you feel that way, you should reconsider your employment”...man listen

I don't have many friends at work, but I don't have enemies either..and that's fine with methe on

The only friends I make are with other neutral ppl who aren't involved in stupid drama
 
Just had a meeting with two managers and a supervisor

This place been annoying me so much lately I didn’t hold back

I damn near got shown the door :lol: I gotta chill

But it felt good getting all that **** out...

'Man so and so is *** I wouldn't talk to him/her if they need cpr...blah blah blah blah. What do you think of so and so'

My stock answer is 'I'm just here to collect my check (and sleep and do nothing, but I don't tell them that part)'

I know bro, it’s frustrating at times but the check ultimately is what we’re here for...I just care too much at times about the job, they basically told me not to care as much so I won’t get worked up...seems straightforward

Dog I know that set you off, make sure they don't doing stupid ish to try and get you out the paint since they know how you feel. Some people live for that work drama :smh:

It’s weird man cause their overall attitude is to not take **** from customers, just to escalate any and all issues to management and let them deal with it, which is fine, but in most cases, you’re dealing with a customer face to face in that moment and don’t have time to call 3-4 people to resolve something. Man but management got HOT when I told them customers do whatever they want here cause we as a company are soft
