Tried reverse searing a steak today but I half-assed it and used the toaster oven instead of the real oven. Still came out iight though. No pics of the inside

Yup. Supposedly the best way to cook at home because you get even doneness in the middle then you can just sear for that nice crust on the outside. I seared on the grill though cause I didn't feel like washing the pan :/

We lost the Championship guys 
Story: We were short on players. It was 7 of us and it was 13 of them. We scored in the first 5 minutes and then 15 minutes into the game the referee says "hey we don't have your ID" so he tells me to leave right in the middle of a championship game to talk to the guy in charge. The guy in charge says we found it. When I get back we're tied 1-1.
HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN! Like really!?
Second half comes and we are dying!
It's 95 degrees outside and we have no subs. We score so now we're winning 2-1. They keep attacking and switching to fresh legs. They score in the last 5 minutes. We end up tied 2-2.
We then lost in penalties.

What's the deal with White Castle?? They don't promote like the other fast food chains and they've never closed their locations. I have two around my area (Queens) and since I can remember they've been opened. Their food isn't even that good. I feel they might be a front to launder money like the pollo spot in Breaking Bad.
