Older generations got married way earlier than 27

It's only the newer generations that would consider 27 early

My parents got hitched and had me by the time they were 28

I got Married at 31

I tired to put it off as long as I could

Was not getting married in my 20's

I love women too much to be shackled to one

"the pimpin wont die, play on playa, play on"

I dont get it...we gotta be married at a certain age? Lol

It's just weird to me. Maybe because I wanna be fully established (career, etc.).

Parents got married young though, built a business, and retired before 40yo. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Never realized how crazy my speakers are until just now

I'm chillin eating lunch on the first floor and I'm feeling the speakers vibrate from a movie being played downstairs :lol

No, I don't think anyone is doing it wrong. IMO, it comes down to if both sides of the relationship are ready for that commitment.

My parents got married before 25 and they were both able to have good jobs and buy a house. But I had to understand that the times were different back then, compared to now. I got married at 29 and realized that I needed to finish college and get a full-time job before even considering of proposing to my GF.

I feel like if you continue to compare yourself to how other people got married, you may set yourself up for disappointment and miss your chance.

It's a generation thing.

There's actually talks about how the newest generation delays everything.

Milestones that were historically passed by age 18-21 are delayed until the 30s

Priorities and mindsets are different

Also, other differences:

There are more divorces

More single parents

More generations living together in one roof

The most surprising thing I've learned is that some teens actually put off driving to a later age and opt for public transit

My supervisor gives me such mixed signals on my work. I feel like I'm always doing something wrong. Tells me don't be afraid to ask questions then tells me I'm asking too many "specific" questions whatever that means. Tells me to show more initiative so I ask if I can learn/do different things then says she already gave me my tasks to do. So confusing man...

Don't be confused. Your supervisor is a ****

I'm not speaking for all supervisors but my shift run themselves. The two supervisors that run the evening shift don't know what they're doing. They only exist to ***** and moan lmao

I wouldn't go to them for help if my *** was on fire and I needed a fire extinguisher
