This reminds of something I read earlier this week

People are asking Uber for a feature that will let the driver know if you want to socialize with them or not before they pick you up.

I know I'm a little anti-social myself.

For example when I get my hair cut, I just want my hair cut

How long did you go to that barber? I get the anti social part but you dont think after a few months of haircuts he/she wouldn't try to get to know you to an extent.

EDIT: Word to the wise, the better relationship you have with your barber the better they will treat you.

I’ve had a strong feeling for a while that the government is testing out robotic people in wealthy neighborhoods because wealthy people shopping in those neighborhoods are so full of themselves that they expect everyone to be nice to them. Also because they are so drugged up from being “depressed” over all the money they have.

It’s gotta be either aliens or human robots and it’s a test to see if they can live in a civilized matter. If it works for X amount of years then they will just come out and say that they have been among us for decades without us even knowing. The human race will have no choice but to accept them, and then the world burns.

I rather be ignored while shopping, I'm only really looking for customer service at restaurants.

"did you see the game?" is the worst too. I was in San Antonio and some dude asked me that at a stoplight, mind you it's not even basketball season and I'm pretty sure that's the only sport they have out there so I just ignore him and dude was like "hey, do you speak english?"

I was just like yeah but I don't want to talk to you, dude was so offended

Nah I'm not interested in a relationship with my barber.

I mean don't get me wrong, at the beginning I'll be like what's up, how you doing, maybe we'll talk very briefly about what changed, if it's a holiday or a certain time of year maybe greet him happy holidays or whatever, but I don't want my barber playing twenty questions with me while he's doing my hair

I don’t say ish to my barber besides if I want any changes. I like to just chill and zone out when I get my haircut it’s almost like a meditation. Also he need to focus on cutting my hair not what I had for dinner the night before. But I always tip him and friendly when he’s done.

Bruh i go to walmart and they supposed to bag your stuff for you. I always bring reusable bags. One day i put my bags there with everything i was buying, the cashiers scanning everything then just lining them up. At first i was like hmm maybe shell bag em after, strange but who knows.

She finishes ringing everything up then looks at me and says "oh yoyu want me to bag it for you?". Im dumbfounded, i said ya isnt that part of your job? She says something like well i didnt know. Mind you the two customers before me (both white, cashier as well) she bagged their stuff and asked them how they doing. Not even a hello to me, now i dont care you wanna say hi or not but bag my stuff.

So im like ohhhh i get it, cuz im not a white guy you dont wanna bag it for me huh. Lol shes like "stop it, i am not a racist!". I said oh so you just an ******* then? Just bag my ****...
