you don't have to call your self a alpha male. its the Aura you project as a male that should determine your worthiness to said female.

for example if you walking zero to no confidence, or you gear game is whack, or you don't know how to finesse words together when chopping it with a chick. Then you gonna get that beta male label tagged on you. A lot of variables in the game, but if you know how to execute well your gonna come out as a winner.

So pissed man .... I caught Shingles but it’s mild.... took antibiotics and gave in my blood work, blood work look kinda abnormal so now I gotta hope I ain’t dying from something n wait for a retest :smh

Hope they gave you antivirals - not antibiotics. If you caught it early it resolves pretty easily. It can make you feel pretty lousy for a while though.
