My girl is a vegetarian. She said "just try it for a month and i will never ask you again". So i chose February since obv its the shortest month. But we are going Vegan....so no eggs for breakfast....RIP to all my gains. But excited to see how my body reacts. Pray for me tan

not the case...
actually it's the opposite. players are so much bigger, stronger, and faster that they put some pressure and stress on their joints, ligaments, and tendons.
also was talking to one an orthopedic doctor about all these injuries that didn't seem to happen back then..
he said these players are so strong and fast and it's actually things like the sneakers nowadays have so much traction that players stop on a dime from speeds and heights they didn't use to back then. this puts a lot of stress on your knees and and ankles.
imagine being as fast as westbrook going full speed then stopping and switching directions. your knees can only take so much
i didn't watch the video though. been through a horrific knee and achilles injuries i can't watch stuff like that anymore
