Managing a basketball team is very hard there's a guy who's d1 good but he is very uncoachable. He always gets down on teammates when they make mistakes n is very sensitive to criticism. Nobody says anything bc they need him to win but guys aren't having fun with him

Man up and be a coach. Like said above, you don’t get anything for winning. Anytime he has even the slightest hint of negativity to other players you sit him. Not just him but same goes for everyone on the team. I wouldn’t even make a big deal out of it. Give em a 10 second heads up before next practice and say that during games that there is no room for negativity from player to player or complaining to refs etc.
