This always happens to me; I try on kicks in-store and they feel fine but after like 10-15 minutes they're way too tight. I always tell myself they'll break in too, but it's hell on my feet. Curse my wide feet...
Maybe consider microwaving them if there aren't metal eyelets to break them in the fastest. Or just wear them in the house

Yeah I've been shooting around with em on, slowly getting there. I've tried putting a Ziploc bag full of water in one of boots before and then leave em outside to freeze. That worked pretty good.
