Mexico actually has fairly substantial Asian influences in some of its modern cuisine, there was a big influx when they needed help building the railroadsn****.
folks from as far as the Middle East came to the country throughout the 1800s, which is why I suspect shwarma and al pastor are, like, the same thing.

less/no pork in shawarma and the spices are a little different but ****, I dig 'em both.
cliche warning, but it's inspiring to see in his shows how people can put aside their insignificant differences and just enjoy being humans together.
the Olympics is a proven peacemaker, Earth even did that **** after one country nuked another and it was all good (Germany did sit in time-out for 8 years).
I think if there was a way we Sapes could somehow arrange a massive global cookout and food fair, we'd hate each other a lot less.
