Something like this, it's not a foul, I try not foul. But I play pick up basketball NYC style no way I'm professional. Texas cats are too soft and call foul even when you feather touch them.

Yea that would be a big waste of time and easy money for me.
29 chief and I have a track and field background, you'll catch a heart attack trying to chase me down. Or I'll just run around your till u lose your breath.
 
I wouldn't dream of playing ball now.

It's treadmill life and weightlifting for me only once my back is all healed up
 
I was up to squatting 3 plates, deadlift a bit more, could never bench 2 plates though, I want to get back into it

I was pretty athletic though. I was 5'4 and able to clap the backboard on layups. I miss those days. I'm not sure I can even touch the backboard now lmaoooooo

with my new schedule i started jogging and push ups

we have a trx thing at work so i can do pull ups and use the pulleys for biceps

Ive never tried trx but it looks dope. My old gym had classes for it and used to see all those people doing it.

I just love free weights man
 
A mind and body is a terrible thing to waste, no matter the age it's always good to have some sort of activity to work your body and mind to achieve a personal goal, imo.
