So I’m in a bit of dilemma.
I’ve been in the wireless industry for a little under 5 years . Sales and such .
Got tired of the company and pay so I started looking for a new job.


I interviewed for another wireless company more $ which Is really all I was looking for and more benefits .

I also interviewed at a bank Sales position. A friend of mine recommended it so I said f it.


I got offered a position for the wiresless company honestly like less than 24 hours after interviewing cause they liked me and turns out I know a few ppl there . The banking job took a lot longer, close to 1 month to let me know. Because of this taking so long I accepted the wireless company job offer and had decided if I really want to I can always re apply to the bank down the line.
I already left my current job and set to start next week.
The bank offers me the position just now, and I would start sometime next month.

Now the bank offers SIGNIFICANT more money , benefits more or less the same. 9-5 job holidays etc off .

The wireless company more or less what I have been doing my whole life, more laid back and huge step up from where I am right now. At the end of the day it’s retail.


I’m stuck as to which to take.
I already commited to start next week st said company . I really don’t want to back out. But I feel like it’s a huge opportunity.
I’m getting 50/50 from my friends and fam.

Money don't grow on trees. Take the one that pays more.

championboyz7 saw ur dilema. What i would do is layout the pros/cons(pay, benefits, advancing, bonuses,etc) for each spot and go from there. We don't know ur life and lifestyle so therefore its up to you man.


With that being said, just remember that change is good, embrace it.
