1st, i didn't even see the link that you posted, you just posted a pretty picture, so my eyes drew to that.

2nd, i said multiple perps terrorists are can also be domestic, they use the same stingray device in London to stop domestic terrorists and domestic prosterstos who pose threat to public safety. i've read and watch video about that stingray device a few years ago. So i know how it works. Not a very nice piece of tool cause it exploits innocent people as well.
