The first one shes doing is abductor (or adductor i get the two confused). They have a machine for it but maybe her gym doesnt have it or shes just extra and wanna show off her cakes (most likely). The bands are just resistance, different level of resistance each color.

Shes wild extra for that weird *** smith machine/goblet squat fusion she was doing though.

Anyone been keeping up with what's going down in the U.K. and Russia? **** seems crazy. Russia ain't scared of anybody if they actually were involved with the deaths. It'd be crazy if this may be the little fuse that eventually starts off WW3. I honestly don't think it will get that far but you just never know. Idk if there will ever be another WW seeing as how big of an impact the past 2 WW were and with how most countries have nukes. What would be the point if every country is blown up by nukes? Super random thought I had since I started reading up on the situation.

I saw tesla Model 3 in real life......its look very very nice. It was grey, but will prefer the Black trim/or Navy blue one. Only about 40 racks If you get if you get it maxed out. The tail lights are kinda ugly imo, but overall the car looks really good.
