Than God it ain't a set scheduale. But one I move up a level not so much. Even though my body is sore right now, from playing basketball for like 5hrs yesterday. I just gotta get through today, and I have another 2 days off. None of that monday morning lugging to myself work.

Good God I dont know what the eff is up with me today.

Felt great all month, wake up this morning, eat breakfast, take all my vitamins and probiotics and isshhh

30 mins later start getting some of the worst stomach pain Ive ever felt in my life, like I chugged pop rocks with spikes, start getting super hot, sweating.

Puke in my room on a towel, violent puke too, not that solid puke and be done but that wretching puke where nothing really comes out.

Run to the bathroom start ****ting, stand up, have to puke, start puking, followed by another #2 followed by some more wretching.

Layed down for about 30 mins coddled up on my bed sweating but cold at the same time.

Pain finally went away and Ive just been bedridden drinking gatorade and eating popsicles, my whole body is sore as a mug too. I workout 5-6 days a week and I feel soreness in muscles Ive never felt before.

Hope TAN is having a better day than I am...atleast them Celtics blew out the Cavs.

Taking this condensed strategy summer class has been one of the best decisions i've made in my grad program.

6 full days, learn a bunch and that's it.

Last day tomorrow :hat :hat
