My boy threw a grad party today because he graduated as a chiropractor so the party was filled with people eager to adjust my back. Never had that done before. Feels good.

Kinda considering switching to a super firm mattress to sleep in to help my back out.

I'd recommend seeing if an adjustment is all you need before switching up your mattress.

But if your mattress is over 8 years old, I believe it's recommended to get a new one.

this is exactly my problem. I need a grill but at my current spot they don’t allow charcoal grills only propane. I prefer charcoal over propane any day.

I haven't used a charcoal grill in forever but I do agree that it cooks better than propane.
