Hard drugs, when she already takes medications for her mental illness.Like
Not a good concoction in her body.
She overdosed on ecstasy and other stuff & almost died.

Hate to say this, but she might have to hit rock bottom before she learns her lesson. There’s only so much so we can do.

nut packet = they gave you the special sauce in your foodI hit Mcdonald's drive-thru before playing ball tonight (terrible idea I know but I was OD hungry and I hadn't eaten all day)
Ordered a burger, fries, and nuggets.
Girl handed me my receipt and this is what it said

What the hell is a nut packet from McDonald's anyway??? So I got a full meal for $0.11. Girl must've been quitting soon or something. I got all my food too, order was spot on.
Double checked my credit card account to see if it was legit.

It's all goood, you got to experience it. Thats wassup, you have to see new things in this world.I thought it was a good experience and was eye-opening. Being able to say I moved across country and experience the East Coast is something I’m proud to say. Experiencing four seasons and a true winter (even though folks said the winter I experienced was ‘warm’. 18 degrees warm, my ***)
One thing I did notice was that people in the DMV seemed to rush everywhere or had a lot in their mind. There was only a handful of folks that were welcoming and friendly during our time there. When we opened doors for people, no one said thank you or acknowledged it. People knew we were from CA because we said “thank you” and someone mentioned that we were smiling a lot. The DMV truly is a melting pot of different ethnicities, which was cool to see. NoVA had A LOT of wealth and it was crazy to see how common exotic cars were. I also felt that so many people were trying to live that “rich” lifestyle. I met a dude who made good money and still had a side hustle in a pyramid scheme. I was just surprised that he was still working to make more money. Maybe my mentality is different. The job I had there was the highest paying job of my professional career and I was content.
Some areas of VA really felt like it was stuck in time and people were holding on to that ideology. Charlottesville was an eye opener by seeing an event like that in 2017.
One of my regrets was not driving up to check out Philly or NYC/NJ. I wish I lived their longer. If we didn’t have a kid, I think my wife and I would’ve made it work for a couple of years. Also on of my regrets was not shooting my shot with Target Bae (I know some people in here remember her)
Fairfax County has low tax but their property tax on your personal vehicle was ridiculously stupid.
I fell in love with Mumbo sauce, Georgetown/DC, Peruvian food and some of the finest Iranian, Muslim women I’ve ever seen.
The East Coast was a life-changing experience. My wife didn’t enjoy our time there, but I did. It gave me an opportunity to explore and just wander. Joining a photo walk with @mjbetch was the best moments of my time there. Created a friendship that continues to this day.
Would I move back? If the career opportunity was worth the move. But the biggest factor is if it would be best for my family. With Baby Fozz in the way, I think CA is the final state we’ll live in. Which part? That is to be determined.
My bad for the long response. I just had time to sit and really reflect of my time on the East Coast.
