I don't want to come off as morbid, but I do not see the point in burying the dead especially with the high costs. It is more cost-effective to cremate the corpse IMO. The funeral business takes advantage of people who just lost someone dear to them.

I just told my girl I don't really want a funeral but DO NOT cremate me. Don't freaking burn me man.

i want to be cremated and have my ashes mixed into ground beef. invite all my enemies to a bbq so i can make them salty one last time.

Any of yall can pay for your own funeral?
Got the money in a savings account told my girl keep whats left
I can, based on what I paid for arranging my dad's funeral. Total cost was about €3400. Church ceremony for those in my town or other relatives who wanted that, followed by cremation after the ceremony. Then I had dinner with some close family at a restaurant. So I think €3400 in total costs to pay the funeral director isn't that bad.

Personally I insist on first donating all (if any) useable organs followed by cremation. I'd also insist that my body stays far away from any church unless the family and friends really want some kind of church ceremony. But absolutely no church burial, hell no. Cremation is pretty inexpensive compared to the outrageous costs for even the crappiest wooden coffin for a church funeral.
Honestly it blew my mind how expensive those coffins are.

I’m no expert but some use it for weight loss, some feel fasting is beneficial for the body.

I’m doing it because I’ve had stomach issues since I was 21. Ulcerative Colitis. Which arose after a year and a half of heavy lifting and non stop stuffing my face full of protein.

From what I’ve read it’s good to give your digestive system a break so your body can focus on healing. I’ve tried different diets, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free (besides natural sugars in fruit and what not) but I’ve never tried fasting of any kind.

Gonna give it a go for a while and maybe do some other types of fast as well.
