Sorry can't help, but how does this happen? I have shoes from 2000 that haven't separated.

I hardy wear “sneakers” anymore
I mostly wear drivers , dress shoes or flip flops.
The sneakers stay in a box in a closet so I’m guessing the heat .

The less you wear them the more likely that happens.

It's just the glue losing its adhesiveness.
When you move around in them and wear them alot it kind of conforms more.

That why I dont see the point in keeping so many shoes. You need to maintain them, if you don't this happens. The shoes are going to come out again anyway.
