Whats he crying for?

Too much to even try to explain and dangerous to try and voice the emotions of someone I've never even met, but I can give you bullet points why it was impactful to Bulls fans. And this is going in with the general knowledge of him being a home town kid, MVP, derailed by injuries.

-7 years between 40 point games. This is a moment, even if just a singular game, Bulls fans have been waiting on since he tore his ACL.

- The amount of people who questioned his desire to continue playing ball. Pretty sure just a month ago I read on another forum that Rose probably would retire if his Adidas contract wasn't tied to him playing in the NBA. All those doubters can eat one.

- The irony of those questions about his desire starting when Jimmy Butler (and Nate Robinson but he doesn't help the irony here) lead the Bulls past the Nets in the 2013 playoffs into the 2ns round against the Heat. Rose hit the 1 year mark during the Heat series...people were expecting his return since March...people were shocked he didn't dress against the Nets. People were PISSED he didn't play against the Heat. Jimmy began putting the league on notice. Nate Robinson was puking on the bench during one of those Nets games cuz he had the flu. And here was Rose, whom many considered a health scratch, not available.

Turns into Rose leading the Timberbulls past the Jazz as Jimmy sits as a healthy scratch.

Don’t ever let someone stall up your paper like that...Thier could be reasons of you getting paid higher than new hires so they can keep the new hires full tinmevbut with lower wages. Other possibility is giving you benefits like health, stocks etc...

But yeah if one person is holding you back of achieving a goal, tell em your financial responsibilities have changed and you need to be full time to achieve that.

You could talk to your manager superiors about this if that person stalling the process up.


If they cant satisfy your needs, time to take your talents elsewhere.

Dude is actually an ASM. But new manager that replaced the old one (she was also holding me back from FT) Asked him what did he think of me becoming FT. So i guess he said he doesnt think i should get it. While i have 3 other dudes that put in a good word for me. Which one of them Moved up and took a managers position also. And the ****er thats putting a hold on my pockets should've been moved up and left that store. But because hes not a real leader he's scared of responsibility and moving up with a company HE chose a manager position in.





The 9-5 life aint for me.. Yall boys can have it. If the american dream as a western male is to: Wake up, Work with morons and put up with their BS, Come home, Repeat, Get married, Have kids, Get divorced, Have your Ex put you on C.S. with no escape, Then die.. Then it was never for me. Im doing **** my own way.

In general, yes. But obviously everything nuanced. If he's got 3 other managers vouching for him, then something doesn't add up and probably lends itself to the theories alchemist iq pointed out. That lower salaried FT **** is real.

Very so much real, if a company knows and are willing to pay lower wages and get rid of their veteran employees with higher wages they will.

And if the next man is willing to do the job for cheap, they wouldn’t hesitate to hire that person and get rid of veteran higher paid workers.

And companies will use tactics like change policies to get people riled up for them to resign.


This is why companies in certain fields have sub-contractors or temporary workers. Keeping a army of fulltime employees will hurt thier bottomline.
