I feel you OG. And obviously you're a manager yourself so i can see where your point of view is coming from. But at the end of the day it doesnt matter. Dont ask me if i can stay a couple of hrs after my shift ends on paper some nights. And i do the job well.. And you tell me so. Then dont want me to be compensated for it so that you can utilize me like that all the time... I dont live to impress other humans. And if you think so then you can EAD. (Not you OG)
