I was told both and so I did. The dude on the phone sounded like he was lounging in his chair when I speaking. MFer yawned twice on the phone.
As of this morning, the tracking has not updated. I am going to lose it if this package doesn't ship.

Smh at my energy provider 
I've called them multiple times to get them to send the bills to the right address and now they want to charge me extra for missing a payment, which they sent to a wrong address once again. First I had to call them to tell them to change the billing address to my current residence and that my dad's name needed to be replaced with mine due to his passing.
They ended up putting my name on the bills but still sent them to the wrong address.
So I had to call them again to change the address. I then started receiving the bills at my residence but my dad's name was listed on them again. I called them once again to tell them to put my name and address on the bills.
I suppose I didn't notice that the energy bill for my dad's old home wasn't in my mail last month. They somehow managed to **** up again. It turns out after my last call that they did replace my dad's name with mine again but they also reverted my address back to the wrong one. So they sent both the bill and the warning letter to the wrong address.
The incompetence is just mindboggling. I always sent an email before making the calls too, none of which they ever responded to.

Update: After being told my order was going to be expedited today, it has yet to leave the distribution center for delivery. It's 11:50AM.
