the thread about nothing...

Yanny/laurel happened in MAY ^^

Interesting fact.
Robocop 2 was written by Frank Miller.
He is a comic artist and writer who is most known for creating the dark knight returns.
Also sin city, the 300, and legendary run on the daredevil comic.

Breakfast and a nice quiet hike to start the day.

I've got this really cute white girl in one of my classes, but she's had a gastric problem all semester and she struggles with holding in her burps. It's not a totally egregious situation, I mean the burp/hold-in burp sound thing is totally normal, but she'll make one of those unsuccessful burp-eruptions multiple times in a class.

Today, on some "it's the end of the semester so +%@$ it" type swag, she let 4 burps go like it was nothing. Open-mouthed like a mug, didn't even care. It just felt awkward because I could FEEL the burp and I know I wasn't the only one who heard it, it always happens at a quiet point in class.

Reminds me a little of the scene from Don't Be A Menace when Loc Dog was checking out the pretty girls at the party, and they all had an unfavorable quality to them.
Sounds horrible man

Think we're going to get Pho for dinner. Daughter is a little congested, so I'm sure the soup will help out a bit.

Got pulled over by a racist *** cop
After he couldn’t find nothing he gave me a ticket for failure to update my drivers license address

TRUST GOD **** 12

Did you give him consent to search your car or he smelt something for “probable cause”?
:smh:

It’s crazy to me that in my lifetime you could smoke ANYWHERE. I remember sitting in restaurants and them asking if our group wanted to sit in smoking or nonsmoking section. Smoking section was like 5 feet from normal section and the whole place was full of smoke. planes. Movie theater. My dad smoked in the house and I remember laying on the floor to escape the nasty cloud hovering above. The walls turned yellow after a while

There is literally not one single place indoors that I’ve seen in the last 20 years where people smoked. Maybe a bar but you can’t even do that anymore
I’m happy that smoking is being replaced by 420 in my lifetime

And my father to Jurassic Park at the time (nothing special but was forbidden under 12 I think and I was 6 or 7 years old...)
And as a kid with school or something like this we saw Die Hard III and a girl was scared about the woman in the movie with the knife if I remember well :smokin

I forgot how violent Robocop was holy **** lol

**** was traumatic for me when my cool uncle rented it on VHS as a kid. Was shocked when dude was blasted to pieces and when one of the bad guys exploded after being hit by a car. 1st time I ever saw something so violent.

No one ever used to confound fake cigarettes with real ones and robbed a pack of cigarettes from his grandpa to eat them discretly under a table I presume ? :rolleyes

If you mean confused then no I haven't nor do I know anyone who actually ate a real cigarette because they thought it was candy. Probably be the shock of a lifetime

Watched season 1 of American Vandal. Man that ending was disappointing. Hope season 2 has a more satisfying conclusion

I should have never let myself believe it was a true story but when it was clear I was watching a mockumentary with actors, I completely lost interest.
