Just saw this bro. And also saw you copped the Keyboard for 60, my bad just catching up on what i missed.
Doesnt make sense to sue him. My boy from work told me if we took him to court for the civil case (only way how we couldve sued him) it wouldve been the judge saying he had to pay us but only when he would be able too. And his brother in law is a cop so they know better than me. So he's just replacing **** and fixing damage and we rent free until we feel like paying his ***. Which will probably be never again. When he start back looking for rent will be when we finally move out of here.

Tell no one about your life, talk about anything except you, make a distinction between family/friends/girlfriend/work.
Try to never let one fade over another in order to never have too many problems at the same time.
Because if work become a problem, you would be happy that your girlfriend isn't working with you.
If your girlfriend is too close to your family, next time you'll have problems with her, they would be aware and maybe you will have to chat about things you don't want to AND you don't have too.
You don't want your friends to be too close to your girlfriend or sisters for obvious reasons.
And you don't want no one from the work to know anything about you because they're programed to repeat, especially when they are women (nothing misogynist, just the truth, as women can do several things at the same time, they obviously have way more time than men, so how to spend it...).
Never trust too much anyone except yourself. Never tell anyone about shameful things you did.
Never permit someone to disrespect you. Do not use self-mockery with everybody.
Do not be the nice guy. Be distant, reserve, cold when you don't know people.
It is still better to be antipathetic, people would be affraid of your possible reactions, they will be careful when they will talk to you, than to appear as someone anyone can annoy.
Be savage, but not too much, just enough to avoid unproductive obligations.
Be distant permits to avoid discomfort and unecessary situations.
Never have money relationships. Don't borrow/lend.
Try to see if the people you talking is talking to everybody or not. If they talk to anyone, then the fact they talk to you don't mean nothing.
So you don't have to talk to them if you don't want to.
Try to have no beef with popular people when you can as nobody will trust you if you are less popular than them.
Stay away from gossiping. Stay away from being to much frank. Stay away to talking about facts nobody would know if you wouldn't have tell them.
Tell people what they already know as if you are making a confidence. They would feel important.
Show to the people you like that but still carefuly. Never forget we do not really know each other.
Try to not overthinking about things. Try to stay pragmatic as details are important but can make us crazy.
If you don't want to, you don't have to understand insinuations.
Try to act in order than anyone reproaching you anything couldn't affect your situation.
Like be that guy who work very well. So what ? They don't like you but your work is perfect, so if you're not offensive, they can do nothing.
Learn things by listening to people without never ever repating what they told you.
Firstable because you wouldn't appreciate that from them. Secondly because they will get confidence.
Store the more you can about life except gossips or informations you do not have to know, in order to never be able to be called a snitch, as you stay way from that information.
Store people's experiences, advices. Then faced to life, try to see about that what is your opinion. Watch movies, sitcoms, listen to music, read books, walk, sleep.
Walking and sleeping really help to think, according to me...
Try to write to yourself. Things more clear when they becoming visible.
Try to have purposes in life. Even anecdotal ones.Like spending less. Cooking more or anything.
Try to write about what you improved or not and think about how you can reach your target.
When you feel bad about yourself, think about you in a more global way, since you were born, haven't you did great things or improved yourself ?
When you feel bad, sleep or try to. Or take a hot bath. Never let the depression become real.
