for me it is lol. i work at a help desk so now instead of taking calls helping people with their IT problems, i just manage incoming tickets and assign them out to people to work on.
10x better than being on calls. only downside is we get around 500 tickets per day and they all need to be touched within 15 minutes of arrival lol
