I stopped fantasy football completely this year. Lost interest in it and the league I've been part of for the past 16 years has some weird *** rules. Too complicated.

Told my boss today that I'm frustrated with how I've been given all the extra work my counterpart hasn't been able to finish in the last two months. Told him that it's hard to stay efficient when people bypass my counterpart and he re-assigns tasks for me to complete.

After that he and his boss spoke with me offering any help that they need to ensure that I'm happy and not overwhelmed.

Too late, brosef. Added responsibility with no incentives, other than "positive words". I've been ready to move on.
