the thread about nothing...

While I’m thankful I was able to find my job, I realized that this line of work is not for me lol.

Turns out it wasn’t necessarily my last company that I hated , it’s the actual job lol. Gotta make a change soon

Not trying to ruffle any feathers here, so if you get offended we can have a full convo about it.

As a black man in today's working world, I can honestly say that every black female supervisor I've ever had has been a complete b***h to me. Majority of the time simply because I'm a young black man. Sure I somewhat have an issue with authority, but only when I feel like s**t is unfair. I hate inequality. I honestly believe that a lot of black women take their irrational dislike/hatred of black men from their personal lives into the work place and guys like me have suffered for it.

Just thinking out loud and needed to vent.

I only have had 1 black female supervisor. she was sweet as pie. was only my supervisor for like 4 months though. I was also the cream of the crop, though the crop was a collection of turds.

How old was she? And was she single or married?

now that I think about it, I tend to have more issues with male supervisors for sure. and I'm usually the one of some unmanageable/**** off with what you saying type attitude. I dunno. I think i have a problem being told what to do or how to do it when I don't feel like I need the direction.

had to be 12 - 15 years older. not sure on marital status, wasnr like that.

same job though...had a different full time job at this point and was only doing this one part time. new supervisor comes in...younger than me so I'm already like **** all this ****. then I see her...dawg...she was so ******* fine...2 kids but body was TIGHT. I just stopped going...cuz HR was going to fire me at some point.

dawg, risk it all kind of fine. **** was real life.

Only reason I asked her age and marital status is I notice the ones that are 30+ and happily married, you don't really get any static out of them. Its the divorced ones, or the single mothers or the ones that can't find a guy.

I've had a few. It a mixed bag. Most of them were cool. One was all about business. She told me I should start my own business because, I don't have a "servant spirit". Another one was REAL cool. We cracked all kinds of jokes. If I got to ***** out, she'd tell me to take a smoke break. The only one that gave me trouble was this light skinned chick. She was nice, pretty..kinda cool, but you could tell it was fake. She had a HUGE problem with me doing my homework at my desk for some reason. She'd rather me go to sleep, then do work. :{
