How’s the knee?

i rested it for the remainder of the day.
it makes sense tho. All my life I’ve only played soccer. Started taking up running because of the quarantine and I’m running about 20 miles a week.
my knee probably not used to the impact of the concrete. Hopefully it’s better soon
